I. Card #1 - You Deserve to Have What You Want
If you pick card #1, you may be denying yourself what you want because you don't want to look selfish. You are currently helping your family or someone very close to you. You tend to put others' needs first before your own. It's also possible that you're about to pursue something because someone you care about told you so and thought it's gonna be good for you when in reality, you want to do something else.
You choose the practical option this time because you know this isn't the right time to take risks yet. You want to be a reliable provider or have something considered stable with the Knight of Pentacles. You feel somewhat content about this, and try to silence your hidden desires that seep through every now and then, asking you why you're settling or if is this all that there is in your life.
You will be compensated fairly for this practical choice as the Justice card suggests. However, since you're not only feeding yourself but want to provide for other people too, you struggle with the feeling that what you're earning is not enough as you try to make ends meet. You may be hoping to get promoted soon or find another job that pays better.
It's possible that you may be in a saturated niche or industry or market. For some of you, your current schedule barely allows more time for you to take some classes or study on your own online, to improve your existing skills, if not learn something new.
You can't help but feel stuck in a cage. For some of you that are still in school, you feel forced to pursue something because your parents or adults around you told you so, even if your passion lies in something else.
An event or opportunity is about to arrive in the near future where you will be called to give your best shot, as the 5 of Wands suggests. You may choose the status quo, and simply do your best to outdo your competition. Or you may rise above it, give some second thought about what you really want, and try to pursue it on the side, especially if it's something that isn't very competitive yet, or quite ahead of its time.
For some of you, you may soon encounter an important turning point in your life. For those who are into astrology, you may check which house are Uranus and Saturn transiting into to give you more clues, as well as where your North Node is located in your natal chart. Whatever is happening or about to happen in the near future, is happening for your own good especially if it's leading you to your own higher purpose.
It is important that little by little, you face whatever this hidden desire is, and begin the process of setting yourself free from this cage before the Universe destroys it for you. Only then you'll find yourself in a better place and more abundant life.

II. Card #2 - Just Because You Can't See What You Want Doesn't Mean They're Not Manifesting
If you pick card #2, The Magician suggests that you may be trying to impress someone or a group of people so they'll side with you about a particular matter and convince them that something will go as planned. You want to look good as much as possible and not be seen as the bad guy. For some, a bit of an underhanded tactic may have been done within your circle to convince someone to do a favor and make it seem like it's for their own good -- or your own good if directed at you.
There might have been delays or things didn't go exactly as planned or promised. This pile suggests taking a genuine approach to resolving an issue. Be direct and honest about your needs and wants, and avoid beating around the bush. Try to avoid ambiguity and gossiping behind someone's back that perpetuate the idea of villain, victim, and hero.
If you are dealing with a difficult person who doesn't believe in you -- or worse, a narcissist who likes to compare you with others and chip away at your confidence to make themselves look good, and package their criticisms as a piece of advice for your "own good" -- RUN. Implement a No Contact rule if needed to save your sanity and yourself.
You may have unmet needs which lead to insecurities that this person is using to make you depend on them, or lure you into thinking that their opinions matter more than everything else including your own.
There's a massive need for forgiveness and healing. You may choose to reconcile with this person or the other party but only if it will do you good and you're safe with this person.
If not, you are free to let them go and choose to take care of yourself first. Never waste your energy debating on things you disagree about on a deeper level and just let it be. Don't waste time on petty squabbles either. Acknowledge any repressed emotions you may have and release them in a healthy way: it can be through watching movies or shows you enjoy that feel cathartic afterward; it can be through talking to your therapist if any, or a trusted friend; or it can also be going back to a hobby or passion project you love.
Despite the delays or things seemingly not going according to plan, don't give up on what you want. Just because you're not seeing it (yet), doesn't mean that it's not manifesting anymore. For some of you, there might be a need to relocate to a better environment in the near future, especially since it's highly challenging to focus on manifesting what you want in a very toxic space.

III. Card #3 - Past is Past. Celebrate the Present.
If you pick card #3, you feel restless and excited about something good coming. You may still continue second-guessing yourself. But you've recently experienced success and you're about to reap the rewards soon. For some, there might be a private celebration about it, while for others, it's the beginning of building the foundation of your next dreams. It can be: building a new home, expanding a successful business, or taking the next step in one's career.
Everything seems to be going well on the surface, but deep inside, you may have overexerted yourself, feel like you need to pick up pieces of yourself, and need more time to rest to feel whole again. Give yourself permission to sleep in, and even take a long-needed vacation. If you already have that with your family and friends during the recent holidays, try to give yourself some more "me" time. Great insights or ideas usually come during our downtime as well, when we're doing something relaxing, such as taking a nice long shower or swimming. Give yourself a treat! Some of you may want to do general home cleaning or lawn mowing as another form of relaxation, and that's also fine.

Overall there's a sense of renewed energy. Take however long it's needed to fully heal before committing to a new chapter or endeavor. Avoid rushing or succumbing to fear of missing out, especially when doing so means denying yourself of your own needs. Things can wait. What's important, aside from spending more time with people you love, is that you're allowing yourself to fully recuperate and enjoy the fruits of your success.

IV. Card #4 - Enjoy the Journey
If you choose card #4, you may be visualizing what you want to have as already being there, and even celebrating as if you've already accomplished or obtained whatever it is you want as emphasized by the Empress. While there's nothing wrong with doing this manifestation technique, you may tend to have an "end justify the means" approach.
Though achieving your end goal will make you happy, the kind of work you think that's needed to achieve it doesn't bring you joy. It's like someone who dreads waking up early in the morning and showing up to work, hating every second of being there. Or a student taking up a certain course in some prestigious university because that's what most people around think will jumpstart their career and get "easy" money. Or a budding solopreneur that tries to do everything even if there are some resources to outsource other tasks.
"Sacrifice for the future," or "Without suffering there is no learning."
While these are admirable quotes, you may want to explore other means to work hard wherein you actually enjoy what you're doing, and easily get in that Flow state, instead of forcing yourself to go through it just because the end "justifies" it.
There's a saying: "it's lonely at the top." But usually, it feels that way when people bulldoze their way to achieve whatever it is that they want to achieve while imagining what it's like to get what they want. But once they get it, they realize that it may not really be that special or great after all, and the joy is actually in the journey.
The King of Cups suggests that you may have to change your strategy by exploring other means to enjoy what you're doing to achieve what you want.
It may mean working in a different company or department; shifting to a less stressful course that gives you enough free time to pursue some personal projects or hustle on the side; focusing on what you're good at and outsourcing other tasks to grow your business; or simply taking more regular breaks in between to refresh and recharge yourself or accepting a help being offered.
Other opportunities may also come in, which you may find unusual. But with enough open mind and research, they may speed things up or assist you in some other way.
You're very close to getting what you want, just always remember to enjoy what you're doing. Strive to achieve the Flow state. You may also want to watch or read about Wu Wei (affiliate).

V. Card #5 - Be Mindful of Hidden Forces at Play
If you pick card #5, you may be facing a situation that is out of your control. You do your best as the Magician shows, but something else is happening behind the scenes, as suggested by the 2 High Priestess and Others See It You Don't cards. On the outside, it seems like things remain manageable and in control, especially you feel like you're being assessed on how you handle things. But in reality, you're hoping that someone takes some of that burden off you. That, or whatever those strong forces are beyond your control, you hope you're not being dragged somewhere you don't want to end up at.
You may be presented with a dilemma: should you focus on trying to resolve a conflict and find a way through the issue, or should you take a step back and let others figure things out on their own?
Your efforts in the past won't go unnoticed. However, It's better to avoid taking sides now and focus on working together. You may use your own goodwill, charisma, or a specialized skill you have that others value as your edge that will help you in cooperating and collaborating with more people.
Through diplomacy and working with others, the best is yet to unfold. Keep visualizing and affirming what you want, and be mindful of the hidden forces at play. Things aren't yet set in stone despite how someone with authority claims them to be. It is important to stay agile and flexible and grab the chance to switch lanes and take a detour if needed.
With careful consideration, you will be able to find your way through. The path may be longer, but what's important is that you arrive at your intended destination safely.
